We ship locally via local companies and worldwide via EMS Airmail using a tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated individually upon checkout. For express shipping options or local pickup please contact us at: studio1@sherstudios.com
Please expect up to 14 days delivery locally.  Shipment from Israel may take up 3 weeks, although it usually arrives faster
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you experience any problems with a piece you have purchased, please contact us via email - studio1@sherstudios.com and we will resolve it in any way we can. We accept returns/exchanges within 14 business days of receipt of your package upon approval by Sher Studios. The item must be returned in its original packaging and conditions via registered insured mail. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend that any return made to us will be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back, we will not be able to refund you. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. We only refund to the credit card/Paypal account that was used to place the order
